Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day HR operations, including payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and personnel record management.
- Lead and mentor junior HR staff, ensuring team goals are met and professional development is supported.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale and retention within the organization.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Conduct performance management cycles and provide guidance to department heads on disciplinary or development issues.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of DOLE regulations, labor standards, and benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of mentorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
