Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily human resources operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent for various positions
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance evaluation systems and provide guidance to managers
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and ensure competitiveness
- Lead and develop the HR team, providing coaching and professional growth opportunities
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is highly preferred
