- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and performance management
- Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with Philippine labor laws
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Oversee benefits administration and compensation structures
- Conduct HR audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Generate HR analytics and workforce reports for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with supervisory exposure
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CHRP certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
