As an HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping our employee experience by supporting recruitment initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and local labor laws. You will collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR processes, support payroll administration, and provide guidance to store management regarding HR matters.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee daily HR operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support payroll processing and attendance monitoring for the assigned branch.
- Conduct onboarding activities and orientation programs for new hires to facilitate smooth integration.
- Prepare HR reports, performance evaluations, and maintain accurate employee databases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the retail or fast-paced industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with strong time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
