- Oversee and manage the daily human resources operations for the Lipa warehouse facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for warehouse staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
- Effectively manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Philippine labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
- Administer performance management programs, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans for warehouse employees.
- Support the implementation of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee databases, and generate comprehensive HR reports for management.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR Supervisor or Senior HR Officer, preferably within a retail, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code of the Philippines) and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Lipa City, Batangas.
