Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and implementing engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff competencies and career growth
- Administer performance management systems including evaluations and feedback mechanisms
- Handle HR documentation including contracts, records, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience with supervisory exposure
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and SSS/PhilHealth contributions
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
