Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily operations and administration of the Human Resources department.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
