Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations and administration of the Human Resources department.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in the HRIS system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
