As a Timekeeping Assistant, you will play a crucial role in monitoring employee attendance, processing timesheets, and reconciling discrepancies. You will work closely with department heads and HR managers to ensure that all timekeeping processes align with Philippine labor laws and company standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and track employee time and attendance records using the company's timekeeping system
  • Process and verify timesheets, overtime requests, and leave applications accurately
  • Reconcile attendance discrepancies and escalate issues to the HR Manager as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
  • Generate regular attendance reports and provide data insights to management
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of timekeeping procedures and workflows
  • Support the HR team in employee onboarding and orientation related to attendance policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data at all times

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in timekeeping, payroll, or HR operations is an advantage but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Willingness to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila and adapt to a retail environment
