As an HVAC Construction Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of contract administration, from initial review and negotiation to final closeout. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, and field personnel to ensure that contract terms are clearly understood, risks are mitigated, and all documentation is accurate and compliant. Your expertise in construction contracts will help streamline processes, reduce delays, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting contract documents, preparing and processing change orders, managing subcontract agreements, maintaining organized files, and providing regular status reports to management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and administer HVAC construction contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Review contract terms, conditions, and scopes of work to identify potential risks and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare and process contract change orders, amendments, and extensions as needed.
  • Maintain organized and accurate contract files and documentation for all active projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure contract requirements are understood and met.
  • Assist in the preparation of subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties.
  • Generate reports and provide status updates on contract administration activities to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in contract administration within the HVAC or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and project management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and contract management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
