Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate HVAC construction projects from design to completion, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and timelines
- Oversee installation of ductwork, piping, chillers, boilers, and HVAC equipment with precision
- Lead system commissioning processes including performance testing and calibration
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during construction and post-installation phases
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and local building codes
- Prepare technical documentation including as-built drawings, maintenance manuals, and compliance reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to maintain project alignment and resolve conflicts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology from accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC construction or engineering role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software (e.g., Revit, HAP)
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and Indonesian building codes (SNI)
- Certification in HVAC systems or project management (e.g., LEED, PMP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in construction environments
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong technical communication abilities
