Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects for data centers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and timelines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors during project implementation
- Conduct site assessments and risk analysis for HVAC system integration in existing data center infrastructure
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of HVAC equipment and materials
- Ensure adherence to ASHRAE standards, local regulations, and client requirements for data center cooling
- Overload system commissioning, testing, and documentation of HVAC performance metrics
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and optimize system efficiency for long-term operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project management with data center specialization
- Professional certification (PMP, LEED AP, or similar) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
- Deep understanding of data center cooling systems (CRAC, CRAH, liquid cooling)
- Experience with BMS integration and energy management systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and environmental regulations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
