Tanggung Jawab
- Manage installer relationships through regular engagement, training, and technical support
- Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for installers and clients
- Provide technical consultations on HVAC system specifications, applications, and installations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales proposals, technical documentation, and project quotations
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or technical sales role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in HVAC systems or sales engineering preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
