Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and design tailored security/IoT solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoCs for enterprise clients across ASEAN
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop win strategies for complex sales opportunities
- Create technical documentation, whitepapers, and training materials to support sales enablement
- Provide post-sales technical guidance during implementation and rollout phases
- Act as liaison between customers and product engineering to drive feature enhancements
- Maintain deep expertise in Verkada's platform and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales role
- Strong proficiency in enterprise security systems, IoT architectures, or cloud platforms
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with federal contracting compliance and accessibility standards preferred
- Ability to travel 20-30% across ASEAN markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia)
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives through technical enablement
