As a Sales Engineering Staff, you will take the lead in product demonstrations, solution architecture, and technical consultation. You will work closely with the sales team to identify client needs, craft tailored proposals, and ensure a seamless transition from technical inquiry to final contract. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed technical proposals, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications, features, and competitive positioning.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, technical datasheets, and training materials.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and electronic components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
