This key position is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our HVAC service operations supporting a major Australian partner.
As the central point of contact, you will bridge the gap between clients, technicians, and management. Your days will be filled with optimizing technician schedules to maximize efficiency, handling urgent service requests, and ensuring that all jobs are completed within strict Service Level Agreements. Your deep understanding of HVAC systems will be crucial for diagnosing job requirements over the phone, pre-empting parts needs, and assigning the most skilled technician for the task.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and optimize daily schedules for a mobile workforce of HVAC technicians to ensure timely service delivery and maximum resource utilization.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, handling job bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and urgent escalations with professionalism.
- Apply technical knowledge of HVAC systems (DX, Chillers, RTUs) to accurately assess job scopes, pre-order necessary parts, and triage customer issues before dispatch.
- Utilize sophisticated dispatch and CRM software (e.g., ServiceM8, SimPRO, Salesforce) to track jobs in real-time and update stakeholders.
- Monitor open jobs, anticipate delays, and proactively re-route resources to maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels, ensuring field trucks are stocked with common parts and specialized equipment.
- Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, job completion rates, and customer feedback for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HVAC scheduling, dispatch, or technical coordination within a BPO, facilities management, or engineering environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems, including basic troubleshooting and diagnostic principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, comfortable speaking with Tier 1 clients in Australia.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a must).
- Ability to work flexible hours to support Australian business time zones (AEDT/AEST).
