In this hands-on role, you'll oversee all HVAC operational and maintenance activities, ensuring systems perform efficiently to meet building requirements while prioritizing energy conservation and sustainability. You'll diagnose complex mechanical issues, implement preventive maintenance protocols, and coordinate cross-departmental projects to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily HVAC operations and maintenance activities across mall properties
- Conduct system inspections and performance optimization for building-specific requirements
- Lead HVAC technicians in executing preventive maintenance schedules
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvement strategies
- Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimal operational disruption
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee subcontractor performance
- Prepare technical reports and budget proposals for HVAC projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and building automation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, HVAC Technician License)
- Proven experience in mall or large commercial facility management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced diagnostic skills for complex HVAC systems
- Proficiency in maintenance software and energy monitoring tools
