Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across resort facilities
- Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality workmanship
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize system efficiency and longevity
- Diagnose complex HVAC issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Manage inventory of HVAC parts and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Prepare maintenance reports, performance metrics, and budget recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) or equivalent technical qualification
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, ductwork, and control systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and mentor technicians
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and HVAC management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
