Join the prestigious team at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading, one of Jakarta's premier shopping and lifestyle destinations. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to ensure the comfort and safety of our mall visitors and tenants.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our extensive HVAC infrastructure. You will work within a dynamic facilities management team to maintain high standards of climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability across our vast commercial facilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and split units.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC system failures to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) to ensure optimal energy efficiency and climate performance.
- Perform regular cleaning and replacement of filters, coils, and other consumable parts.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to execute upgrades or installation of new HVAC units.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls within the mall facility.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a mall, hotel, or high-rise building.
- Solid understanding of HVAC principles, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigerant handling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Familiarity with safety standards (K3) and building management protocols.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in restricted spaces or at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a rotational shift schedule.
