Are you a hands-on technical professional with a passion for maintaining high-quality retail environments? FamilyMart is seeking a dedicated and proactive HVACR Coordinator to join our facilities team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our stores maintain optimal operational standards by overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficiency of all HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
As our HVACR Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical maintenance, ensuring that our cooling systems are running efficiently to protect product quality and provide a comfortable environment for our customers and staff. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute preventative maintenance schedules and address emergency repair requests with urgency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise routine preventative maintenance for HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple store locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical malfunctions in cooling units and air conditioning systems.
- Manage relationships with external technical vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all repairs, maintenance activities, and system performance data.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency of HVACR equipment.
- Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime and prevent spoilage of retail products.
- Train and guide store staff on basic system monitoring and reporting procedures.
- Ensure all technical work complies with company safety standards and local environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HVACR maintenance, preferably in a retail or F&B chain environment.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle, electrical wiring, and climate control electronics.
- Proficiency in using professional diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to travel between store locations within the Jakarta Selatan area as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors and store management.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various store environments.
