Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Assist in the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Support financial management by providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and assist in the audit process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while meeting deadlines.
