We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end execution of payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between human resources and finance, ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and benefits are delivered efficiently.

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement with a daytime schedule, based at our Eastwood, QC office. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with labor laws and optimizing our compensation structures. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accurate salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement for all employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement benefits.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly HR and payroll reports to provide insights on headcount, labor costs, and benefits utilization.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor codes and company policies regarding compensation and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for statutory filings (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF) and tax requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, COEs, and other HR documentation related to compensation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Payroll and Benefits administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS or payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local payroll systems).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
