Join our dynamic team as a Hybrid Identity Engineer and play a critical role in securing and streamlining our organization's digital identity infrastructure. In this position, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust hybrid identity solution that seamlessly integrates on-premise Active Directory with cloud-based Microsoft 365 services.
Your expertise will be crucial in building and configuring our on-premise Active Directory environment while ensuring smooth integration with cloud services through Microsoft Entra Connect. You'll work with cutting-edge identity and access management technologies to enhance security, improve user experience, and enable seamless access to organizational resources from anywhere.
This role requires a deep understanding of identity management principles, Active Directory architecture, and Microsoft 365 services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously optimize our identity infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid identity solutions using Microsoft Entra Connect
- Build and configure on-premise Active Directory environments
- Manage user identities, authentication, and access control across hybrid environments
- Ensure seamless integration between on-premise and cloud-based identity services
- Implement and maintain security policies for identity and access management
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across the organization
- Monitor and optimize identity infrastructure performance and security
- Document identity management processes and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience with Active Directory administration and design
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity services and hybrid identity solutions
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra Connect and related technologies
- Strong understanding of identity management concepts and best practices
- Experience implementing and managing SSO solutions
- Knowledge of security protocols and identity-based access control mechanisms
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Identity and Access Administrator preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
