- Develop, maintain, and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards, providing timely and accurate insights into sales performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, including pipeline, forecasts, win/loss rates, and sales cycle efficiency, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage sales compensation calculations, ensuring accuracy and transparency in commission and bonus payouts.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Support the sales team with operational processes, CRM data management, and territory planning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings for various stakeholders, communicating complex data clearly and concisely.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex data into understandable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and performance metrics.
