Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and support end-to-end sales processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks and operational challenges.
  • Prepare, validate, and maintain accurate sales performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems and sales databases to support reliable forecasting.
  • Provide analytical support for sales pipeline reviews and quarterly business assessments.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional departments to drive organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce cycle times.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a related commercial support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) is essential.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment.
