Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and support end-to-end sales processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and functional teams to resolve process bottlenecks and operational challenges.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain accurate sales performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems and sales databases to support reliable forecasting.
- Provide analytical support for sales pipeline reviews and quarterly business assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional departments to drive organizational goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce cycle times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a related commercial support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) is essential.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and service-oriented environment.
