Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise assembly of mechanical and hydraulic components according to technical blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect assembled parts for defects, ensure they meet quality standards, and perform necessary adjustments.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and workflow efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in assembly work, preferably within the manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic principles of hydraulic operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights (up to 20kg).
- Valid National ID Card (KTP) and relevant work permits for employment in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
