Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the ICT Information Security team, ensuring high performance, continuous professional development, and alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies and procedures based on ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
- Oversee regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk mitigation strategies across the corporate network and cloud environments.
- Coordinate and lead incident response activities, ensuring rapid detection, containment, and recovery from any security breaches.
- Monitor the global threat landscape to proactively recommend technology upgrades and security enhancements.
- Manage internal and external security audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) into the software development life cycle.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to executive leadership regarding the organization's security posture and risk management status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior supervisory capacity.
- Hold professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
- In-depth technical knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption standards, and cloud security (Azure/AWS).
- Proven track record in managing compliance for frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2, or NIST.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex security incidents under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact for stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for effective collaboration within our global network.
