Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the information security team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and controls
- Oversee security operations, including vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response
- Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into all aspects of operations
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, recommending appropriate countermeasures
- Manage security budgets and vendor relationships for security products and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Experience with security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, and access control systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the energy or oil and gas sector is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
