Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess critical patients' vital signs and neurological status using advanced monitoring equipment
- Administer specialized medications, blood products, and life-saving treatments per physician protocols
- Operate and maintain complex ICU equipment including ventilators, dialysis machines, and ECG monitors
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans while documenting interventions in electronic health records
- Provide emergency response during code blue situations and rapid deterioration events
- Educate patients and families on critical care procedures and post-ICU recovery plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care transitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) with valid Indonesian nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Proficiency in operating ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring systems, and infusion pumps
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure emergency situations
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and comforting families
