Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Prepare and review contract documents, including variations, extensions, and claims
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, budget adherence, and project milestones
- Negotiate contract terms and resolve disputes professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Executive or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and industry standards
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional certification in quantity surveying or contract management is a plus
