Are you a technical expert in securing digital identities? Transportation Solutions Indonesia is seeking a skilled Identity Management Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will support the enterprise infrastructure with a core focus on Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM). You will design and implement robust identity strategies that ensure secure, seamless access for millions of users while maintaining compliance with global security standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate provisioning, manage SSO solutions, and mitigate access risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including SSO, MFA, and SAML.
- Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools to secure high-privilege accounts.
- Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning processes using SCIM and API integrations.
- Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting (ISO, SOC2, GDPR).
- Troubleshoot complex identity and authentication issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to integrate IAM policies into CI/CD pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Identity Management, IAM Engineering, or Identity Security.
- Deep understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, LDAP/AD, Kerberos).
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Cisco Duo, or CyberArk.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Go, or Bash) for automation tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration and networking fundamentals.
