Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, and directory services
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access rights across enterprise systems
- Conduct regular access audits and compliance assessments against security policies
- Develop automation scripts for identity lifecycle management and access reviews
- Investigate and resolve identity-related security incidents and access violations
- Integrate IAM solutions with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise applications
- Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and best practices to enhance security posture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with IAM/PAM solutions (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD)
- Expertise in directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and authentication protocols
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Experience with cloud IAM services and hybrid environment integration
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
