Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive identity governance strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of IAM policies, standards, and procedures across global operations
- Oversee identity lifecycle management including provisioning, access reviews, and de-provisioning processes
- Conduct regular access audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to SOX, GDPR, and internal controls
- Collaborate with IT security teams to integrate IAM with broader cybersecurity frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for identity governance tools and methodologies
- Report on IAM metrics and KPIs to executive stakeholders and board committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in IAM with 5+ years in governance or leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of identity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and access control models
- Experience with IAM technologies (Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, ForgeRock)
- Certifications in CISSP, CIPP, or IAM governance (e.g., IGA) highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and compliance audits
