Join Elabram as an Implementation Manager and lead the deployment of critical telecommunications infrastructure across Indonesia. This pivotal role requires end-to-end oversight of complex network projects, from initial planning through final acceptance. You'll orchestrate Site Acceptance Tests (SITAC), Core Mobile Equipment (CME) implementations, and ensure seamless integration of network components. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end telecommunications network implementation projects across multiple locations
- Manage SITAC (Site Acceptance Test) and CME (Core Mobile Equipment) deployment processes
- Coordinate installation, integration, and acceptance of network infrastructure
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables align with contractual obligations
- Oversee resource allocation and vendor management activities
- Implement quality control measures for technical specifications
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and compliance reports
- Resolve implementation challenges through proactive troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications network implementation
- Proficiency in SITAC and CME deployment methodologies
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols and infrastructure standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
