Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end implementation of logistics management systems for 3PL clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and customize implementation roadmaps
- Configure and optimize logistics platforms (ERP/WMS) to meet operational requirements
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, sales) during implementation
- Monitor project timelines and resolve implementation bottlenecks
- Document processes and create knowledge base resources
- Act as primary client liaison during post-implementation support phase
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics implementation or project management
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with client onboarding and change management
- Knowledge of 3PL operations and supply chain best practices
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
