Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end import documentation including customs declarations, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
  • Coordinate international shipments from booking to delivery, tracking milestones and resolving transit delays
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies
  • Maintain accurate import databases and track customs duty/tax calculations
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers for clearance coordination
  • Process import permits and licenses while maintaining regulatory documentation
  • Support daily logistics operations and cross-departmental communication
  • Generate monthly import activity reports for operational analysis

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export administration or customs compliance
  • Proficiency in Indonesian customs regulations and trade procedures
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
  • Strong attention to detail with document verification capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a time-sensitive environment
