As our Import Export Administrator, you'll coordinate complex shipment logistics, manage critical documentation, and serve as the primary liaison between freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records, optimizing shipment timelines, and resolving logistical challenges proactively. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete import documentation including customs declarations, shipping bills, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely clearance of imported goods
- Maintain accurate import/export records and compliance documentation
- Liaise between internal departments (logistics, purchasing, finance) to facilitate smooth operations
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance updates for import procedures
- Resolve customs clearance issues and shipment discrepancies
- Optimize import processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Prepare and submit required government forms and trade compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export administration or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in Indonesian customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
