Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process accurate import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments strictly comply with local and international trade laws and customs regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to track and expedite shipments.
- Maintain meticulous records of all EXIM transactions for auditing, reporting, and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with internal departments such as warehouse, procurement, and production to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Proactively resolve any customs holds, shipping delays, or documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and international trade agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Import/Export (EXIM) operations, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of trade compliance, customs regulations, and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal, financial, and customs documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard logistics software or ERP systems.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
