Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation and submission of all import/export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin, ensuring strict compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to schedule shipments, track cargo, and resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Analyze and classify products accurately according to Harmonized System (HS) codes to determine correct duties and taxes, optimizing cost-efficiency.
- Monitor shipping schedules and inventory levels to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and finished goods, supporting production continuity.
- Maintain comprehensive records of trade transactions, tariffs, and shipping manifests; generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian customs laws and international trade policies to mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement and quality assurance to ensure logistics aligns with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations, customs brokerage, or logistics coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and customs procedures in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to negotiate effectively with external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
