Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the complete import operation lifecycle, from order placement to final delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary import documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time, identifying potential delays and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruption.
- Ensure strict compliance with local Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Analyze shipping data and costs to optimize logistics processes and reduce operational expenses.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement and warehouse teams to align import schedules with inventory needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in import operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and import/export regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential) and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logistical issues under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
