This critical role ensures seamless import processes, from documentation to customs clearance, while maintaining compliance with Indonesian regulations. You'll collaborate with global suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize our import workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including customs clearance, permits, and shipping manifests
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers for timely shipments
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delays through proactive communication with stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian import regulations and tariff codes
- Analyze import processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams for inventory planning and stock allocation
- Prepare regular reports on import KPIs and operational performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export operations or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and import regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent documentation management and attention to detail skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-border communications
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle operational challenges independently
