As we expand our supply chain operations, we're seeking a meticulous Import Staff to join our Jakarta-based team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless international procurement, customs compliance, and efficient logistics coordination. You'll work closely with global suppliers, customs authorities, and internal departments to maintain our reputation for quality and timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import operations from supplier coordination to customs clearance
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation including permits, declarations, and invoices
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of import activities and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams for inventory planning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
- 1-2 years experience in import/export operations or customs clearance
- Proficiency in Indonesian customs regulations and tariff codes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
