Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with customs authorities and brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments
- Track and monitor shipments from arrival to delivery, providing real-time updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade policies
- Maintain accurate import records and documentation for audit purposes
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
- Stay updated on import regulation changes and implement necessary process adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations or customs clearance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and trade compliance
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail with document processing and record-keeping
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
