Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation for bonded zone operations
- Coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders for clearance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and compliance documentation
- Process import permits and ensure regulatory adherence
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate shipping schedules and documentation
- Prepare monthly import activity reports for management
- Optimize import workflows to reduce processing time and costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export operations
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems (ASYCUDA, SAD)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in customs brokerage or logistics preferred
