We're seeking a detail-oriented English-proficient professional to coordinate complex import shipments, ensure meticulous documentation accuracy, and maintain strict customs compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import shipment processes from booking to delivery
- Verify and prepare accurate customs documentation (B/L, invoices, permits)
- Monitor compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines
- Optimize import costs while maintaining service level agreements
- Maintain digital records of all import activities for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export operations or customs clearance
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficiency with customs documentation systems (ASYCUDA, S customs portals)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and trade compliance requirements
- Advanced skills in MS Office and logistics management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and cross-cultural communication abilities
