Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for medical staff and patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle incoming correspondence and distribute it to the appropriate departments.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, or Office Administration).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a call center or medical administrative setting is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus.
