Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily equipment operations and maintenance schedules
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in heavy machinery
- Coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Train junior technicians on equipment protocols
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years' experience in mechanical maintenance (construction focus)
- Certification in heavy equipment repair or automotive mechanics
- Strong diagnostic skills for hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Leadership experience with maintenance teams
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
- Ability to work under pressure in outdoor conditions
