Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate, practical, and timely legal advice to the Company and its operating centres
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements
- Manage and mitigate legal risks across the organization
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation and case law
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations when necessary
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and provide support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a valid practicing certificate
- At least 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a reputable law firm
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate and commercial law
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
