Jiang Nan Hotpot is seeking a dedicated In-house Maintenance professional to join our team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience, and our facilities play a crucial role in that. As our maintenance specialist, you will ensure that our restaurant remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can handle a variety of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to emergency repairs. If you have a knack for fixing things and want to work for a growing brand, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant’s electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on furniture, fixtures, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders reported by staff or guests.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of restrooms, dining areas, and storage spaces.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute seasonal or scheduled facility upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance or facilities management within a commercial setting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical maintenance is preferred.
