Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed according to store guidelines and promotional strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stockroom team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular shelf audits to ensure accuracy in pricing tags and product labels.
- Execute planograms and visual merchandising layouts to maximize product visibility and appeal.
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend improvements to the floor strategy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned aisles and display areas.
- Prepare sales reports and feedback on product movement to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or vocational certificate in a related field.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual guidelines accurately.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Must be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
