  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various manufacturing positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
